I hear this all the time 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗛𝗢𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘀.
Hmmm…this is when a little bit of looking deeper than just the numbers is important.
There are pluses and minuses about living in a community vs a non HOA neighborhood- 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆.
𝗔𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱, you have to look at what is included in that monthly payment vs what you would still need to pay for no matter where you live.
