Hello Florida! I have to say if you’re looking for a real estate agent in Florida you can look and call all you want, but you will quickly find NO ONE ever calls back! But this one does. Elina is fantastic. But hold on cause she’s a “real get it done” kinda girl. She listens and learns your needs and then only shows you what exactly you ask for ….or better! Great for investors and vacation owners. That’s what my wife and I used her for. She rented four of my properties in 6 weeks all for $2000 a month more on each unit and the tenants she got were and are great people- really qualified. A super joy! And she’s funny , like super funny. Will certainly use her again and LOVE her punctuality!!!
Elina was amazing. The original property we looked at wasn’t the right one for us and she could have wished us well and sent us on our way, but instead she sat down with us and offered to help us by leveraging her network of listings and contacts and found us the perfect home within minutes of sitting down with us. We were amazed, especially considering that we had looked for weeks and never saw any of the houses she showed us. We never even had visibility to those listings. She knew we were new to the area and was wonderful in that she went above and beyond introducing us to the local hotspots, cuisine, entertainment, etc… Although we could clearly see how busy she was, we were blown away at how she made us feel like we were her only clients she had. Don’t make a move without Elina!
Elina is amazing! We met her at one of her lease listings which didn’t work for us but she asked what we were looking for. Later that week Elina called and told us that she found a place that she thought would work. This place wasn’t even on the market but she had spoken to the owner and he was willing to work with us. We viewed the home and it was, in fact, perfect! Elina was able to negotiate a satisfactory lease for both the owner and us and we move in next month. Both my mother and I worked as Realtors in Texas for many years and we were both so impressed with Elina’s attention and care. She listened to us and then delivered what we were looking for with integrity and determination. If you are looking for someone who will go the extra mile for you then you have found her!

We initially met Elina in 2021 in Naples when she helped us rent a home in Naples for a week. We loved Naples and decided to spend more time there in 2022. The more we spent time in Naples the more we wanted to live there. We contacted Elina to see if she can help us buy a home there. As we had a long wish list of location, home type, price, community etc., she was very patient and encouraging us to continue looking as the prices seemed to get more and more ridiculous. Finally, we were able to find a house that matched up what we were looking for. Elina helped us with contract, arranged inspection, set us us with financing professionals and gave us lots of other assistance. We felt like we were her most important clients and she was there for us every step of the way. We feel that if not for Elina we may have never ended up with a home in Naples, and that would be a shame. We love it here more and more.
